I rarely stumble across new music these days. We never listen to the radio and when we turn it on I’m usually the first to switch it to Gold 104 (the ‘oldies’ station) because they play the music I know… so much of our radio is influenced by American culture, not a lot of UK music makes it to our radio.
So because I usually end up listening to the same music over and over again, I don’t find new music very often. But today a happy accident occurred.
I was watching a video on Vevo and a recommended video appeared, as they do, usually I ignore them but seeing Heather Baron-Gracie’s photo as part of the promo I clicked on it… and have now found Pale Waves.
Now I’ve watched their four singles and a whole bunch of interviews with them… I like their sound, I like the way they talk about their music, I can’t wait for more music from them.
