This morning’s weigh-in showed a loss of 0.9kg down, but I’m now only just less than my starting weight from a bit over a week ago. Having gone up over last week.
I think for a while I’ll use that shakes as they work and get the gym going. I DIDN’T go this morning. But I did wake up at 5am, surely that’s a good thing and a start. Tomorrow I commit to getting up AND going to the gym.
