So far, in the weight loss saga, I’m down 0.9kgs.
What have I changed so far? The easy one, food intake. No more hot chips from Lee’s cafe, even though they are so delish. Less dinner and earlier dinner. Need to get food in before 7pm.
No exercise yet. Been too busy and too tired, have had a few late nights of late.
Not a bad start but a long way to go.
Oh, I so need to get myself some scales! Keep up the good work, and I’ll be on the bandwagon after this (my birthday) weekend.
