A day in the city

It was supposed to be a nice clear day, around 18 degrees and I had the day off work.

The plan was to hit the city, camera in hand and take a whole bunch of photos, that was the plan.

But Mother Nature wasn’t so kind. She made the day cloudy, she put a whole bunch of cold wind it was too cold. I persisted and got a handful of photos I care to say are in anyway descent.

I also caught my first tram from the city all the way to St Kilda Beach, it’s a long trip but an enjoyable one.

The day ended by meeting up with David at his work and heading over to Crown for dinner with Mel and Linda at the Pub at Crown.

And a short stop at Galactic Circus where Melissa became trapped by on of the skill testers… one my little sister knows all about!

Then it was time for ice cream (New Zealand Natural’s Hokey Pokey is still the best) and finally home.

I’ve had the flu for about a week and a half now and am way over it, who know the human body could produce so much gunk within itself?

Oh you can see the pics over at my Flickr Photostream.
