A Little Bit Down

Well not in a depressive way, in a weight way. After yo-yoing for the last couple of weeks I’m a little more dedicated to my diet this week and have lost 1.4kg in the last couple of days.

I still think the biggest problem is carbs. I’m pretty sedentary so I don’t need as many carbs that will be stored as fat in my body.

The other big thing I think is eating later at night. For me it’s no eating late and I think that is helping too.

We’ll see what happens over the next few days.
